Firstly a big apology for being so absent over the last three months. It has been a busy time of moving house and getting settled in my new place in the country. But that doesn’t mean I haven’t been writing when I’ve found the windows of time to do it!
I have been invited to take part in the 2011 Riverbend Poetry Series which is for those who haven’t been to an event, a night of poetry on the deck at Riverbend Books in Bulimba. I’ll be performing on Tuesday 19 April alongside Julie Beveridge and Max Ryan. Tickets are $10 and you can grab one by visiting riverbendbooks.com.au. I’d love your support!
And of course Speed Poets kicks off again this coming Sunday at the Inspire Gallery Bar and it should be another great event.
